Atom Go Tian
Atom Go Tian serves as a Senior Data Analyst in Ray White's Economics team. His job is simple but vital: he turns complex property data into clear narratives for Australia and New Zealand’s residential markets.
Atom took on his first significant role as a Data Analyst with Growsari, a tech-enabled B2B startup. There, he excelled in roles related to sales, operations and customer experience, developing versatility in applying data insights across different business functions.
Building on this, Atom then ventured into freelance data consulting. His work included dashboard design, business analytics and spreadsheet automations. It was while working with clients across industries such as e-commerce, printing, media and manufacturing that Atom developed that rare combination of technical expertise and clear communication.
Atom moved to Sydney in 2023 and soon after joined Ray White. His impact was immediate. Within a year, he published Ray White's first Luxury Report and Regional Report–both now pillar pieces for the company. He also contributed to the annual Property Outlook Report produced in partnership with the Loan Market Group.
The proof of his value shows in the results. His monthly data stories appear regularly in major publications. In New Zealand: Stuff, The Post, OneRoof and The New Zealand Herald. In Australia: The Daily Telegraph, Courier Mail, Herald Sun, REA, Domain, SMH, The Age, Australian Financial Review and The Australian.
But, his expertise lies beyond the written word. A product of his earlier work, Atom’s clear speaking style makes complex data accessible to all audiences. He has become a Ray White spokesperson across Australia and New Zealand, doing online webinars, keynote lectures, and panel discussions. Television networks such as ABC and 7NEWS have even featured Atom.
His unique perspective, shaped by both his engineering education and diverse industry experience, enables him to uncover meaningful patterns and trends that others might miss in the ever-evolving real estate market.
