New South Wales | ACT Head of People
As Head of People for NSW/ACT, Bridgette is responsible for recruitment, retention, recognition and special projects. On a daily basis Bridgette works closely with NSW/ACT state's businesses on their growth and recruitment strategies as well as being responsible for
the running of a strategic recruitment program to assist the network's businesses expand through strategic recruitment. She is also responsible for the recruitment of top performing offices and agents into the network. A large part of Bridgette's role is also the retention of our Elite and Chairman's Elite agents through events, special projects and initiatives as well as our Ray White's recognition program.
Prior to coming across to Ray White she spent the previous eight years working in agency recruitment in the real estate and property sector.
Bridgette is also the NSW/ACT Chair of Leading Ladies of Real Estate.
