Seven out of 10 properties were sold on Wednesday night, with a clearance rate of 70 per cent, fetching $6,997,500 under the hammer.

A five-bedroom, two-bathroom property at 5 Wales Court, Hillside which sold under the hammer, recorded the top sale price of $1,181,000.

It was an incredible result for the vendors and marketing agents Ratip Cileli and Mario Sadikllari.

Competition continued to fire up with six registered bidders battling it out to call 125 Rowan Drive, Kealba their new home.

The five-bedroom, two-bathroom home sold for $970,000, with Keely Bryant and Lorry Colussi as marketing agents.

Another fantastic result with six registered bidders was 41 Stagecoach Crescent, Sydenham.

Marketing agents Peter Travlos and Amanda Micallef sold the four-bedroom, two-bathroom property on Wednesday for $841,000.

On Thursday night, five from six properties were sold under the hammer, with a clearance rate of 50 per cent.

The total value of properties sold was $3,439,500.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 28 Vine Court, Hillside recorded the top sale, selling under the hammer for $754,000.


Competition rose as six bidders had their eye on a four-bedroom two-bathroom home at 27 Manchester Drive, Sydenham, which sold for $750,500.

A new home on a corner block at 7 Homebush Esplanade, Fraser Rise had five registered bidders eager to purchase the property, which sold under the hammer for $570,000.

Mr Travlos, Ray White Taylors Lakes principal, said there was a lot of energy in the in-room auctions this week.

“You could feel buyers were a bit more confident, and the recent rate cut definitely helped push some off the fence,” Mr Travlos said.

“With competition heating up across multiple listings, it’s clear demand is still strong in the west especially for established homes.
