Fiolla joined Ray White in May 2019, beginning her career with Ray White's number one volume business in Werribee. Prior to her role at Ray White, Fiolla studied in the education sector, focusing on secondary teaching.
In October 2024, Fiolla transitioned from her branch office role to join the Ray White Victorian and Tasmanian corporate team. Over the years, she has held several positions, including Corporate Auction Coordinator, State Performance Operations, and Digital Performance Specialist.
Fiolla has built a reputation for her excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and strong passion for fostering relationships with agents across the business. In her current role, she focuses on supporting and training the network on Ray White’s tech offerings, with particular attention to the OneSystem platform.
