Karly has been part of the Ray White Group since 2012 and is a valued member of the Victorian and Tasmanian corporate team. Over the years, she has held a number of roles across the network, including working as a Sales Performance Specialist—supporting principals to grow their businesses and helping implement key training initiatives and platform adoption.
Karly now leads as the Product Manager for Ray White’s Refer platform, overseeing the referral process and lead distribution across Australia and New Zealand.
