Born and raised in Beaudesert, Nathan is excited to return to his hometown and embark on a new career in real estate sales. With a strong background in management and service, Nathan brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to the Ray White Rural Beaudesert team.
“I grew up in Beaudesert, finished school here, and started my career as a diesel fitter,” Nathan said. “In 2017, I stepped into a Queensland Service Manager role with my previous company, and after seven years, I felt I had achieved everything I wanted in that field. Real estate presented an exciting opportunity to come home and contribute to the community I know and love.”
The decision to join Ray White Rural was an easy one for Nathan. “The fact that Ray White is the largest name in real estate was a huge drawcard. I’ve worked for large companies before and I value the professionalism, structure, and stability that comes with a strong family brand.”
Looking ahead, Nathan has a clear vision for his first year. “My 12-month goal is simple: sell, sell, sell. I want to learn every part of the process from start to finish and set myself up for a strong career. I’m also focused on getting back into the local community, Beaudesert is a great community to be involved in”.
Nathan believes his previous role has given him a unique edge. “My old job was very reactive – I had to think on my feet constantly, which has taught me to stay sharp. But in real estate, I’ve found I have more time for strategy, planning and building relationships, and that’s where I really get to show my potential.”
Principals of Ray White Rural Beaudesert, Luke and Jaunita Barber, have warmly welcomed Nathan to the team.
“We’re thrilled to have Nathan onboard. His strong ties to the community, leadership background, and passion for real estate make him a perfect fit for our growing team.” Luke said.
As Ray White Rural Beaudesert continues to expand its presence across the Scenic Rim, the team is proud to bring passionate locals like Nathan back home and into rewarding real estate careers.
Ray White Rural and Livestock CEO Stephen Nell is excited to see the Ray White Rural Beaudesert team grow.
“We’re proud to support Luke and Jaunita as they continue to grow their business. Their ambition, values, and dedication make them an incredible asset to our brand, and a perfect reflection of the family values” said Stephen.
