This generational change in leadership is part of Ray White Queensland’s strategy to win the Gold Coast.
The trio, who opened Ray White Alliance in early 2024, bring a combined 50 years of real estate experience to the Benowa business.
“We’ve always set out to create a high-performance environment where our agents aren’t meant to be average,” Mr Finlayson said.
“Brad, Jason and I were all selling principals listing and selling over 100 properties a year, so we know what it takes to succeed in this industry—and we want to pass that on.
“We have an agent first mentality in our business, whereby their support and growth is our priority so that they can provide a better service and experience to the community.”
With a team of five sales agents currently part of the Ray White Benowa business, Mr Finlayson said recruitment, auctions, and increasing their market share would be the main focus for the business over the next 12 months.
“We want to bring new energy to Ray White Benowa. It’s a great market and we look forward to providing the same level of service we bring to the northern Gold Coast to the central Gold Coast,” he said.
“We want to be known for having good people, who are proven experts who will work incredibly hard to get the best results for their clients.
“We want to provide our sellers with the assurance and certainty that their asset is in the best hands.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was thrilled to see the successful team behind Ray White Coomera taking on Ray White Benowa, helping to secure Ray White’s position as “best in market” on the Gold Coast.
“Simon, Jason and Brad have proven themselves as exceptional leaders,” Mr Andrew said.
“Their passion for growth and commitment to excellence will no doubt take Ray White Benowa to new heights.
“This is a win for the central Gold Coast community, and we can’t wait to see what they do next.”
