This marks the pair’s second office acquisition after the extraordinary success of their first business, Ray White Wilston in Brisbane’s inner north. In just 12 months, Peereboom and Hamilton have doubled that business’s performance, a testament to their ambition, leadership, and relentless focus on results.

Now, the powerhouse duo has turned their attention to the Gold Coast, taking on the mantle of one of Ray White’s flagship businesses with bold plans for its future.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take on a legacy business like Ray White Surfers Paradise,” said Mr Peereboom. “The brand and its presence on the Coast is iconic – it’s a privilege to step into this role alongside Christian.”

The strategic expansion from Brisbane to the Gold Coast was no accident. Mr Peereboom said the connection between the two cities was increasingly important for property owners.

“Many of our Brisbane clients have investments or second homes on the Gold Coast, and vice versa. Our vision is to build two leading businesses that operate in sync across Queensland’s biggest cities,” he said.

Known for his dynamic energy and auctioneering prowess, Peereboom’s real estate story runs deep – in fact, it’s in his DNA.

“My earliest memories were of mum as a real estate agent,” he said. “She was always energised, entrepreneurial, and deeply connected to the community. Watching her build a business from the ground up shaped the way I think about real estate and leadership.”

“We’ve always been focused on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in this industry,” he said. “This move isn’t just about scale, it’s about opportunity – to work with amazing people, to improve systems, to provide more for our teams and our clients.”

Mr Hamilton added, “Mitch and I have always been aligned in our vision. We know great businesses are built on great culture, consistent performance, and leadership that empowers people. That’s what we’re building – and this new chapter at Surfers Paradise is just the beginning.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated the pair on their continued momentum.

“Mitch and Christian are two of the most impressive operators in the country. Their energy, clarity of vision, and results-driven leadership have already delivered extraordinary success. We are proud to support them as they lead the future of Ray White Surfers Paradise,” Mr Andrew said.

He said the future is bright on the Gold Coast – and with Mitch Peereboom and Christian Hamilton at the helm, Ray White Surfers Paradise is poised for its most exciting and successful era yet.
