An impressive last fortnight for New South Wales according to NurtureCloud data, the top three attendance numbers all come from within the state.
Ben Boutros (pictured above) with 15 Sturdee Street, North Ryde saw 107 attendees, Meshel Bahnam with 103 through 19 & 19a Luella Place, Rooty Hill and Sam Yazdi with Marc Haddad had attracted 102 clients through 41 Burke Street, Blacktown.
Speaking with Mr Boutros of Ray White Ryde Group, he provided some great insight into his recent numbers regarding his open homes, marketing, strategies and potential trends being seen.
"We have advertised everywhere possible to increase exposure. We are trying to create market exposure for the client," he said.
"We have also currently held three set open homes per week and a one hour long open home on Saturdays to create foot traffic and competition for the property.
“This is a very rare property for the area being a custom built home, most of the properties available around the North Ryde area are older houses, duplexes or apartments. A new opportunity for a luxury home in a great location, has definitely generated some great interest.”
Ray White Diamantidis Group sales agent Meshel Banham believes the location and demographic created significant buyer interest, especially with the property at 19 & 19a Luella Place, Rooty Hill.
“The demographic of buyers in Rooty Hill consists of owner occupiers with many families who tend to have in-laws or elderly family members, thus having the granny flat provides the separate living arrangements with family members being close distance," he said.
“It’s only walking distance to Mount Druitt Westfield, public and private schools are all within walking distance and due to the shortage of premium new builds offered in the local area, provide an opportunity for a great family home or a dual income investment.”
