Amit began his real estate career in Ryde, working with a boutique agency before establishing his own in 2018. Driven by a passion for real estate, he has consistently demonstrated resilience, selling over 160 properties annually with his small but dynamic team and maintaining the highest market share in his core market.

"Starting my business from my home office with a newborn by my side taught me the value of dedication and hard work," Amit said. "Despite the obstacles, my aim has always been to give back to the community that supports us."

Amit has achieved great success upon opening his business, while managing the challenges of family life, including his beautiful daughter’s multiple health challenges. "My two girls are my lucky charms," Amit said.

"We are heavily involved in the community and have partnerships with local charities. We donate the commission from a sale every year to the Westmead Children's Hospital, after all they have done for my own family," he said.

Amit will be donating the commission of his first sale under the Ray White banner, to the Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Ray White Schofields is set to become a cornerstone of the local community, located approximately 30km northwest of Sydney’s CBD. The family-friendly suburb boasts a growing population of around 6,000 to 8,000 residents, with easy access to major amenities including the new metro service, shopping centres, and reputable schools.

“Schofields is a vibrant area with tremendous growth potential,” Amit said. “We’re here to help first home buyers and families find their perfect homes.”

"Word of mouth referrals make for around 60 per cent of our listings, which is a testament to our team and the relationships we have built in the area."

The team at Ray White Schofields, which currently includes six dedicated professionals, has ambitious goals for the next year. “We aim to expand our reach in property management and build our team further. Our goal is to exceed the Ray White network's standards and become a top office for transactions,” said Amit.
