Over the month of October, Ray White businesses using NurtureCloud received 366,847 enquiries from buyers and had 154,051 attendees at their open homes across Australia.
Damien Lloyd, sales executive from Ray White North Quays in Perth narrowly took out the top spot for his listing of 3 Phillips-Fox Terrace, Woodvale (pictured above). The property had 113 clients through the home according to our NurtureCloud open home attendees leaderboard. The four bedroom home sold for $2.1 million after the highly successful campaign.
Mr Lloyd has been able to use NurtureCloud to keep in touch with his clients and really values the opportunities he's uncovered through the use of NurtureCloud.

Second on the list was Troy Fitzgerald from Ray White Burleigh Group whose listing at 27 Banksia Broadway, Burleigh Waters on the Gold Coast attracted 110 attendees to the property, which is currently listed with a $3.6 million price guide. Mr Fitzgerald was able to assist his clients through NurtureCloud's helpful open home data and believes that it is definitely a selling point for Ray White agents.
To round out the top three, Kevin Chokshi from Ray White Cheltenham in Melbourne saw 109 clients through the property at 2 Stuart Avenue, Cheltenham which sold for $1.38 million at the end of last month.
