Since introducing Canva as part of its tech offering to Ray White members across Australia and New Zealand, the group has seen 73 per cent of its network adopt the visual communication platform as part of their daily workflows.

In the last 90 days, Ray White has created 235,000 designs in Canva, and published 539,000 designs, with a median time to publish of 8 minutes compared to an average of 54 minutes.*

The partnership between Canva and Ray White began back in 2019 when Canva reached out to the real estate giant after discovering that people with registered Ray White emails were using the platform extensively.

“Prior to the wholesale agreement we knew a large number of our members were using the tool in a non-monitored environment from a brand compliance perspective,” Ray White head of marketing Todd Alexander said.

“Now with Canva Enterprise we've been able to consolidate usage and curate a brand compliant environment where our entire network of 14,000 members can access just over 2,000 templates from social assets, listing inserts and other digital templates.

“Providing efficiencies within our businesses across all levels is paramount for us at Ray White, and with Canva Enterprise it empowers our members to create compliant and creative marketing assets efficiently.

“Compared to the industry, using Canva Ray White members create marketing assets four times faster, enabling them to focus on other areas of the business.

“Canva's AutoFill and Connect APIs allow us to integrate into other Ray White platforms which, again, drives efficiencies within these platforms.

“It also empowers us to create something unique only for Ray White members giving us a competitive advantage in the design space.”

Canva head of APJ Tom Hyde said he was proud to continue the partnership with Ray White.

“As one of Australia’s most trusted real estate brands, Ray White has shown a deep commitment to empowering its network with the tools they need to create consistent, on-brand content at speed,” Mr Hyde said.

”We’re proud to continue supporting more than 10,000 members with a scalable visual communication platform that drives efficiency and impact across every level of the business.”

“With a team of 100+ agents, it’s saved me countless hours, helped us elevate our brand presence, and makes it easy for our agents to customise and edit their own templates.
