Ray White in Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge join forces
Two successful Ray White offices in South Australia have merged under the leadership of selling principal Joshua Bagley.
Donna and Richard Ytsma have handed over the reins of their Ray White Murray Bridge office to Mr Bagley, who has been operating the Ray White Strathalbyn business since 2022. The Ytsmas have decided to take a step back from business ownership to give them more opportunity to completely focus on selling properties for their clients.
Mr Bagley said the integration of the two offices under one umbrella will boost the reach of both offices and offer a superior service to all clients in the local area.
“We’re thrilled that Joshua will be taking up a leadership position of Ray White Murray Bridge and integrate with his thriving Strathalbyn office,” Ms Ytsma said.
“This collaboration will create incredible opportunities for growth, enabling both teams to deliver an even higher level of success and service to our valued clients across the region.”
Ms Ytsma reached the group’s Premier recognition level in 2023-24 and was awarded the Clients’ Choice award at the Ray White South Australia | Northern Territory awards earlier in the year. While husband, Richard Ytsma has successfully led the office with more than two decades of experience.
Mr Bagley said the Ray White Murray Bridge property management and administration team have all continued in the business, so while it will be the same familiar faces servicing the local community, they will all now have access to broader resources.
“By joining forces, we are opening up an opportunity to collaborate in the regional property space, waterfront holiday homes, and the significant lifestyle acreage properties between the two offices,” he said.
“With the broader reach, our clients will get the resources and expertise of both offices. And with the Ray White Group selling one in every five homes across South Australia, and one in every seven homes across Australasia, we have the largest buyer database across Australia, and by far the most digital traffic compared to any other agency group in the nation.
“This gives our clients a significant advantage in achieving premium sales results for their properties.”
Murray Bridge is still an affordable town in the area, and with the influx of a younger demographic, investors, and first home buyers, along with family buyers, it represents a high growth area with huge potential.
Ray White South Australia | Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated Mr Bagley on this exciting new chapter, and thanked the Ytsmas for their outstanding contribution to the Ray White Group to date.
“Joshua’s proven track record makes him the ideal person to take the reins at Ray White Murray Bridge, building on the incredible legacy of the Ytsmas," Mr Lindblom said.
"I’m also incredibly grateful that both Richard and Donna, along with the rest of the team at Ray White Murray Bridge, will continue working in the business and serving the community.
“Combining the strengths of the Murray Bridge and Strathalbyn offices creates a powerhouse team, with unmatched expertise and resources to serve their customers.
“This merger is a fantastic step forward, which will elevate the success of both offices to new heights.”
