Ray White NSW develops leaders through auctions
Ray White NSW is proud to announce two exciting appointments.
Dave McMahon has been appointed to the corporate role of Ray White NSW Head of Auctions, while Perry Edmondson-Clark relocates back to his home state of Queensland into a newly created leadership position in one of Ray White’s core markets on the Gold Coast.
Mr Edmondson-Clark called more than 1,500 auctions over the past two years and has developed a professional career path within the group, proving that not one-size fits all.
Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell said Ray White had a proud history of always investing in growing people through auctions. “From the auction floor to the boardroom, the pathway is proven, and we’re excited to see these two shape the future of our network.”

Dave McMahon, a highly respected auctioneer and trainer, brings a wealth of experience to the NSW role, having called more than 1,000 auctions across multiple markets during his career.
With a passion for performance and a proven track record of growing businesses through the auction method, he is well positioned to lead Ray White NSW into its next phase of auction success.

In 2020, the group trademarked the term Competition Creators, a nod to its 123-year legacy and enduring belief in the power of auctions, dating back to the original Ray White shed, where ‘auctioneer’ is still proudly painted above the door.
