Ray White Queensland celebrates its 2024 winners
Some 1550 members from across Ray White Queensland attended the 2023-24 annual awards held at the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane last night.
In the Top Offices for Growth, Ray White Yeppoon came out on top while the Top Salespeople for Growth category was led by Rebecca Cuderman (pictured above) of Ray White Marsden. Chelsea Chien from Ray White Roberston was named as the top Administrator/Personal Assistant of the Year. Ray White Sanctuary Cove was named the winning office in the Community Contribution category.
In the Property Management categories, Ray White Ascot won the top Property Management Office - Revenue Growth and No 2 International Property Management Office - Revenue Growth. Ray White Rockhampton won the award for top Property Management Office - Net Growth and No 3 International Property Management Office - Net Growth. Emily Richardson from Ray White Rockhampton took home the award for Business Development Manager and No 1 International Business Development Manager. Ray White Ascot’s Chadwick Harding won the Property Manager of the Year award. The Property Management Business - Net Growth award was won by Ray White AKG (Marsden | Daisy Hill | Brookwater & Greater Springfield | AKG).
In the NurtureCloud awards, Ray White West End won for best office, while Rebecca Cuderman of Ray White Marsden won for best individual.
Ray White Mitchelton was the standout of the Loan Market awards, winning the Top Office for Loan Market Referrals, while leading agent Rochelle Adgo, also won the Agent/Broker Partnership for Loan Market Referrals award. Julie Mahoney from Townsville was named as a lifetime member of Ray White.
