Director of Ray White South Coast Craig Hadfield attributed the success to strong buyer confidence and the dedication of his team.

"We are incredibly grateful to our sellers for their trust, our buyers for their confidence, and our dedicated team for their hard work in achieving these outstanding results," he said.

In addition to the strong sales, multiple properties are currently under negotiation following the event, underscoring ongoing momentum in the local property market.

Beyond real estate, the event also served as an opportunity to give back to the community, raising $1,800 for SALT Care. The charity provides benevolent relief to the homeless, socially disadvantaged, those struggling with mental health issues, Indigenous communities, the elderly, and young people at risk.
