Over two nights, buyers battled it out in a high-energy auction setting, with 61 registered bidders vying for their dream homes. The event achieved an impressive 91.6 per cent clearance rate, cementing Ray White Taylors Lakes’ reputation as a powerhouse in the local market.

The standout sale of the event was 7 Salvana Court, Taylors Lakes, which fetched an impressive $1.202 million under the hammer through principal Peter Travlos and sales agent Amanda Micallef (pictured above with the sellers).

Other remarkable results included the $1.022 million sale of 98 Saronvale Cres, Hillside, and 71 Willys Ave, Keilor Downs, which secured a strong $985,000.

Mr Travlos (pictured with the Salvana Court buyer) said the outstanding results were a clear indicator of buyer confidence and the ongoing strength of the market, despite any external uncertainties.

“Our in-room auction event once again demonstrated the strong demand for quality properties in the region,” he said.

“We successfully sold 25 out of 27 properties, with many exceeding expectations. These results highlight not only the resilience of the market but also our ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.”
