The awards night celebrated the top offices and individual winners throughout the leading network.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore (pictured above) began the night by acknowledging and thanking everyone in attendance for their contributions and efforts throughout the year.

“Our annual awards are not just about recognising winners. They celebrate the collective efforts of the past 12 months, our commitment to excellence and our pursuit of market leadership in all trade areas,” Mr Belfiore said.

“Being the best we can be, being the market leader and being number one has always been important to me. It's what I wish for each of our businesses.

“It’s for this reason I would like to acknowledge all the leaders and principals of our market-leading businesses.

“I would like to acknowledge our administrators for all that they do. From answering the phones, to greeting our customers with warm smiles, to processing our property files and getting properties online, your efforts do not go unnoticed.

“To our property managers who have faced many challenges in recent times. To our property management and admin teams, I thank you for all that you do.

“At Ray White, we believe we are in the business of leadership. Leadership is not a part-time job nor can it be outsourced to external coaches. It's the responsibility of our leaders to provide an environment where all our people can thrive.

“Our very best leaders know what they want and are not afraid to articulate it. They know the buck stops with them, they take ownership of their mistakes and they turn their losses into lessons. They understand that complacency leads to decline and remain ambitious for continued growth.

“Our customers and prospects view us through the lens of their local Ray White business. This is why I am passionate about ensuring all our businesses strive to be number one in their core markets.

“We are proudly the number one brand, but we must raise the bar and continue to challenge each other in our constant pursuit of growth.

“We are all responsible for growth. We will challenge you to grow every day and welcome you to challenge us to. Push hard and allow us to be your springboard.

“I am very proud to lead this group into the future.”
