With 25 staff across sales, property management and support, Ray White West Realty is aiming to expand further, both in reach and reputation. Both principals say they will signal their arrival in the western corridor with energy and intent.
Mr Vurovecz said now was time to show what they are capable of with the right people and the right brand by our side.
Ray White West Realty is the result of that vision, backed by the power of the Ray White network and a commitment to becoming the trusted name for buyers, sellers, renters and investors across the west.
With core markets in Cairnlea, Deer Park, Derrimut, Caroline Springs and St Albans, the business boasts a 42.5% market share in Cairnlea and is closing in on the No.1 position in Caroline Springs.
“We’re covering an incredibly multicultural and fast-growing population – the greater west is approaching 3 million people,” Mr Vurovecz said.
“The opportunity is enormous, and we want to be the first call for anyone thinking of real estate in this corridor.”
Darren Lambert, who leads the sales and auction side of the business, brings a deep knowledge of the west, having lived and worked in the area for 15 years. Together, the pair – who famously met playing snooker – offer a complementary leadership style and a team culture built on trust, integrity and performance.
“Partnerships in real estate can be tricky, but we just get on with it. We have different mindsets and different strengths, and that’s what makes it work,” said Mr Lambert.
Ray White Victoria & Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore welcomed the duo to the network.
“Cameron and Darren bring experience, ambition and strong community roots – the perfect combination to lead in the west. We’re proud to have them join Ray White and excited to support their journey.”
