With the help of fellow agents Blake Scholz and Sam Laguna, Robbie saw two listed properties of theirs, 5 The Strand Colonel Light Gardens and 4/15 Hill Avenue Cumberland Park place in the top five for open home attendees according to NutureCloud data.
Robbie shared some of his tips and tricks to increasing his open home numbers and the processes he follows to create the interest.
“Pricing our properties appropriately is obviously a huge opportunity for us to create an increasing curiosity about the property and we are always mindful of our listed price,” Robbie said.
“Communicating early with the neighbours and wider community around the property allows us, when it comes to the open homes, to create a perceived competition within the open home with the amount of feet through the door.”
Another of Robbie’s listings, 2/7 Roberts Street, Unley with fellow agent Jason Mills, sold in August for $1,270,000 after 100 attendees went through the house over the course of the campaign, along with more than 200 enquiries for the property. This selling price was $335,000 over the reserve.
