RWC has launched its national June Auction Showcase, a month-long event highlighting the power of auctions to drive results in commercial real estate.

Running from 1-30 June with an extensive marketing campaign, more than 60 properties are scheduled to go under the hammer across Australia.

From iconic neighbourhood eateries and fully leased retail centres to industrial assets and premium waterfront development sites, the RWC June Auction Showcase offers something for every kind of buyer.

Head of commercial at RWC, James Linacre, said the event marks the formal return of the group’s bi-annual auction campaign, and the timing couldn’t be better.

“With demand for commercial property at exceptional levels and supply remaining constrained, the auction environment is a highly effective avenue to realise the full value of an asset,” Mr Linacre said.

“Put simply, there is no more dynamic or transparent method for a commercial agent to demonstrate their ability to generate genuine competition and market momentum.”

“We believe commercial property auctions are not only underutilised, but uniquely powerful. They bring unmatched clarity, energy, and competitive tension to a campaign, giving buyers the confidence to act decisively and vendors the opportunity to achieve truly outstanding results.

“Ultimately, it’s a process that rewards all parties: agents, vendors, and purchasers alike, through its openness, integrity, and capacity to drive exceptional results.”

Mr Linacre said the structured and competitive nature of auction campaigns was ideal for today’s market conditions.
