Sally joined Ray White in June 2021 in an operational role supporting the Victorian and Tasmanian corporate team. With a background as an Office Manager for an engineering firm, she brought strong organisational skills and a calm, capable approach that has proven invaluable in a fast-paced environment.
Since joining the group, Sally has become a key pillar of support within the team. Her versatility sees her wearing many hats across the business. Today, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Vic/Tas corporate office and plays a central role in coordinating training sessions and network events across both states—driven by her strong passion for events.
Sally also leads the onboarding and offboarding process for offices in the region, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all involved. In addition, she works closely with the auctioneering team, managing bookings and coordinating appointments across the network.
