I have been in sales for over 17 years and in real estate for over 12 years, where I've conducted over 2,000 auctions throughout this 12 year span. Recently, I have been focused on developing and training salespeople. Utilising practical frameworks and learnings from my Master of Business Administration (MBA), I mentor our new starters, existing salespeople and business owners wishing to improve and stimulate sustainable growth. I also assist our CEO Matthew Lindblom with recruitment, assisting businesses in recognising internal and external leadership opportunities and developing stronger sales teams overall.
