Socceroos star sends beachside home under the hammer
Football fans will have the chance to snap up a slice of Socceroos memorabilia as Sydney Football Club captain Rhyan Grant lists his North Bondi home for sale.
Located at 3/40 Military Road, the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home will go up for auction on June 19.
Ray White Double Bay agent Dion Markovics, who is marketing the property on behalf of Grant, said the property was sure to attract a lot of interest due to it being a unique semi-alternative.
“It’s a super unique split-level garden apartment,” Markovics said.
“It’s in an amazing position, just three minutes to the beach, and is set at the back of a small complex with plenty of privacy.
“It has great outdoor space and house-sized proportions which will appeal to young families, couples, and investors.
“Rhyan and his partner Dani had their first child in this home, so it would be perfect for first home buyers and young couples looking to start a family.”
Markovics said it would also appeal to football fans.
“Rhyan has played for Australia 21 times and is coming off the back of a great season, with SFC making the AFC semi-finals this year,” he said.
“He’s also recently been recalled to the Socceroos which will hopefully see him playing in the 2026 World Cup.
“He has lived in this home for three years and is now looking to upsize.”
