This includes maintaining legal documentation, ensuring smooth onboarding for new offices, leading the implementation of financial reporting systems, and analysing network performance metrics within New Zealand. In her capacity as Executive Assistant, Stephanie provides invaluable support to Daniel Coulson, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, and Carey Smith, Executive Chairman. Her leadership in event management is evident in her successful coordination of the company’s major events, including the annual conference, awards programme, and business owners symposium.
Stephanie’s impact goes beyond her core duties; she played a key role in the recent refurbishment of Ray White’s corporate premises in New Zealand, a testament to her dedication to operational excellence. Additionally, she continues to manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate premises, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
