Forming a part of our One System team, Tamara has a wealth of real estate industry experience and leads our SODA Program as well as being connected to various projects in alignment with our Digital Performance Specialist team. Starting out in an independent office in sunny Cairns she quickly worked her way up through the business to the role of Office and Operations Manager. Whilst in this role she assisted the business owners with the setup and development of a second office in the Noosa region.
Seeing the opportunity for growth her role then led her to be integral in the businesses transition from independent to part of a franchise network. Relocating to Brisbane in 2018, Tamara secured a role working in Digital Support and Development with another franchise network. This saw her involved in training, development and engagement of offices within the network on the use of the CRM system, website, social media marketing tools and other digital products.
Tamara will be working alongside the rest of our Digital Performance Specialist team to support and engage your office inline with your business plans.
