The King of the castles

Following his first listing of “Mirabilia Castle” back in 2022, Peter is back and has secured the listing of the marvellous ‘Versace Castle’, a handbuilt property that took over 20 years to build and complete. He’s been given the unofficial title of the castle specialist but said both of the listings came as a bit of a surprise for him.

“The Mirabilia Castle was an opportunity that I had to jump on, it had been on the market with other agencies but when they came to me, I was confident we could get it sold with interest coming from everywhere,” he said.

“The Versace Castle was a bit the same, I didn't even know there was a property there, it was quite a well kept secret, even in the community not too many people knew there was a castle near them.

“A lot of the serious interest came from people who were fascinated by the medieval feel of the properties which was awesome. The properties also attracted attention from out of state which was cool to see.”
