When deciding to align himself with a new agency, Mr Piddington prioritised finding a business that could attract more out-of-area buyers for his clients.
“Over time, I’ve noticed that out-of-area buyers often pay a premium for properties here. We see over 40 per cent of buyers coming from the North Shore, Mosman, and Eastern Suburbs, so we researched who was selling the most and best properties in these areas,” Mr Piddington said.
