Valentina Parra
Valentina began her career with the Ray White Group in 2010 as a corporate assistant in Queensland at just 18 years old. This early role gave her valuable insight into the culture of the network, as well as a broad understanding of the support functions across the group—including technology systems, auctions, marketing, events, sales, and property management.
In 2011, she stepped into an advertising and marketing role before joining Loan Market Queensland as State Administrator in 2012. By 2014, Valentina was training brokers across the state, building a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations and challenges brokers face.
In 2015, she relocated to Victoria to take on an administration and systems role within Loan Market. There, she focused on streamlining back-office operations for brokers and supporting the growth of both corporate and network-based teams through technology training and hands-on support.
In 2017, Valentina returned to Ray White, joining the One System Digital BDE team. Two years later, she stepped into the field as a sales agent with one of the group’s fastest-growing businesses, achieving Alan White Premier status in FY20/21 and FY21/22. During this time, she also qualified as an auctioneer, bringing a dynamic and engaging presence to property campaigns.
She later rejoined the One System team, leveraging her combined experience in sales, technology, and auctions to help offices implement best practices across the network.
Since early 2024, Valentina has taken on a new role within the National Performance team, where she now focuses on driving sales and business performance across the group.
