Vanessa began her real estate career with Ray White as a Property Manager, where she quickly earned the Rising Star Award within her first 18 months. She rapidly progressed to a Team Leader and Business Development Manager role, successfully doubling the size of her rent roll in just two years—laying a strong foundation for her future growth within the industry.
After this success, Vanessa transitioned into the Ray White corporate team, initially joining as corporate support. She later moved into a State Administration role and served as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Throughout her career at Ray White, Vanessa gained extensive experience in recruitment, training, and auctions. She took on the role of Recruitment Manager, where she built a new starters recruitment training program, feeding new members directly into Ray White businesses and helping them establish strong foundations for success.
Over the years, Vanessa has built lasting relationships within the real estate industry, combined with a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their own unique way. Her broad expertise in real estate and franchising has equipped her to help businesses grow, while her personal approach to nurturing and caring for clients truly sets her apart.
In 2022, Vanessa expanded her industry knowledge by taking on the role of Franchise Development Manager and Auctioneer with another franchise group. This brief experience allowed her to broaden her skills, deepen relationships with industry partners, and explore new external offerings. She later launched her own consulting business, further growing her industry insight.
In December 2024, Vanessa returned to Ray White as Head of People. In this role, she focuses on personalising the recognition of top performers within the Ray White Victorian and Tasmanian network, customising the onboarding experience for new businesses, and fostering strong relationships with external business partners.
