It was a great business; and when the trio sold it, the new owner rebranded the business.

“I was sad that no-one inside the group bought it but the time was right for us. So I have actually now worked for two other brands, so I know from experience how good Ray White is,” Helen said.

“People at Ray White genuinely celebrate your success, they want you to succeed. Whereas at my old brand, they were not really happy if you did well. That’s one of the things I love about Ray White.”

Through a series of events, Helen is now back at Ray White, this time at Inner North with owners Matt Seabrook and Simon Pigliardo.

“I was welcomed back with open arms. The White family is amazing, and they look at us as their customers. Everything is professional and heightened here. The brand has star power which helps at listing presentations,” she said.

“Coming back to Ray White has been so awesome. It was like I never went away, whereas at the other brand I felt like we had disappeared.

“So if you are serious about working in real estate, there’s no other choice but to be at Ray White.

“Now I run my own business inside the Inner North business, and there’s plenty of opportunity for everyone. The systems are amazing, and we have the best trainer in the country, Mark McLeod who is not scared to tell you what you need to hear. At Ray White they want us to be a better version of you and are always encouraging us to grow.

“I have always understood the power of the Ray White brand and have always had an
excellent relationship with the company. This is the perfect mix for me - I am working in
my home suburb of Mount Lawley, which I love. I am working with a great team at Ray
White Inner North and I am selling real estate which I have always studied and enjoyed.
