Auction Mastery

Ray White Auction Master is the perfect training session to brush up your auction process skills. These sessions are designed to embed the Ray White auction philosophy of Competition Creation™ in all our members to ensure they can obtain a premium result for their customers. The skills taught will ensure that our agents become the best auction agent within their market giving them a great opportunity to generate more business.

Compass

Ray White Compass is an initiative available through each state aiming to support the growth of sales teams and effective business units. The program is designed to create a platform which provides lead agents with the tools and skills they need to manage their teams effectively, whilst also providing practical skill sets and training to the new agents and associates.

By its conclusion, each agent will have accountability structures in place and tangible results of progress that will increase your team's capacity to generate more income and better service your listings.

Emerge

Our Emerge program is for agents averaging 10 to 30 sales per year, to advance on skills learned in Compass to support an agent who’s now becoming self-sufficient. We combine the core skill sets of listing, selling and negotiating - taking agents on their path through to Premier and Elite level agents.

These skills are taught through a combination of face to face and online mediums, as well as through our mobile-first learning platform (EdApp) for on-demand training.

Pathways

Our Pathways program is for experienced agents looking to grow and take their business to the next level (Premier recognition minimum requirement for entry).

The program is our pinnacle Elite and Chairman’s Elite development program. It’s accessed via submission to the state corporate team and each intake comprises a select group of high achievers who go on a six month journey. Each intake works through a bespoke program with guidance from our specialist business divisions, with each participant individually accountable to the performance team.

The outcomes from previous participants have been staggering with a minimum average 74 per cent year on year GCI improvements.

Leadership forum

This program focuses on the foundations of real estate leadership and business ownership. For business owners, sales managers and team leaders, this iteration of Ray White’s leadership academy is a regular workshop where we’ll be collaborating with the best leaders within the network.

We’ve built a world-class recognition program that inspires, excites and supports our people to chase their potential and build a successful and sustainable career at Ray White. Being part of the Ray White recognition program means you’re placed amongst the top performing agents, business leaders and property management teams in Australasia.

There are three tiers of recognition - Premier (top 10 per cent of agents), Alan White Elite (top three per cent of agents) and Chairman’s Elite (top one per cent). These apply across sales, property management and business ownership, and reflect performance within the markets to maintain competition. We also have a Tony Fountain Club Membership which serves to recognise excellence in auction performance. Recognition is based on performance across the financial year, and qualifiers are entitled to exclusive marketing collateral, invited to the annual conference, and are recognised in awards ceremonies at the end of each year.

Real Estate of Origin

It’s a race against the clock. How many appraisals can you book in four hours? The Real Estate of Origin event supercharges our agents to hit the phones and encourage their database to accept a free appraisal of their homes.

The event builds and encourages customer engagement tools, while creating a fun and supportive environment for agents of all ages and levels of experience.

Using in-house tech, the event is live-streamed across multiple corporate offices and via Zoom in network offices across Australia and New Zealand.

State-led events

Each year, our state offices organise fantastic events for sales, property managers and administrative staff to learn from their peers and the wider corporate team. Connect conference

Connect is our cross-network major event, lasting two days, featuring incredible keynote speakers and presenters from all walks of life. We also celebrated our top performing agents during the conference at the International Awards Night, and finished off the huge couple of days with our signature end of conference party - A Night of White. Ray White’s investment into the collection and analysis of data has been assisting our businesses to identify their greatest growth opportunities and biggest risks well in advance. Our data drives our ability to analyse the market, prospect for listings, market to the community and ultimately sell stock. The sheer scale of the Ray White group is what makes our data so powerful, and it’s deeply integrated into all our technological and digital processes.

We're the only residential real estate group to invest in an economics team, which is headed by Chief Economist Nerida Consibee. Nerida and her team provide up-to-the-minute analysis throughout the month on any and all economic factors. The team is underpinned by robust technology, data mining and cleaning, meaning we are confident in our analysis, and reject unproven market assumptions.

Ray White Now is our monthly external report, written by the economics team. The report, and the way the Ray White team presents it, is the culmination of utilising our huge data lake. The resource means Ray White agents are experts - informed and armed with information invaluable to customers.

We produce our real-time auction data report - Competition Creators - weekly, compiling data from around Australia. Giving insights like clearance rates, number of active bidders, registered bidders, and auction price compared with previous highest offer, our economics team prove the success of auctions versus private treaties, and equip our offices with the evidence to back their sales methods to clients.
