Pulse combines our unparalleled group data with our 120 years’ experience in supporting profitable market leaders, to produce tools that can help you become a high performing agent and build a quality, sustainable business. Built by our internal team of developers, Pulse can only be accessed by Ray White members.
The application gives agents the ability to set a yearly GCI goal which calculates the required prospecting and sale activity into an easy-to-follow plan to help prioritise, track and measure performance in real time.
Our agents love that Pulse provides motivation through their goal objectives, benchmarking and leaderboards as well as celebrates their success with personal bests and recognition progress.
Other than measuring agent and business performance, Pulse also exposes insights around days on market, clearance rates, auction statistics and more. Users can access information from both a state and national level to remain informed about important trends and access information needed to educate customers during different market cycles.
With more and more features being added, Pulse remains the central measurement of performance across our businesses. We combine the core skill sets of listing, selling and negotiating - taking agents on their path through to Premier and Elite level agents.
These skills are taught through a combination of face to face and online mediums, as well as through our mobile-first learning platform (EdApp) for on-demand training.
The program is designed to create a platform which provides lead agents with the tools and skills they need to manage their teams effectively, whilst also providing practical skill sets and training to the new agents and associates.
The program is a six-month commitment geared towards adding width to a sales business by generating more opportunities from within an existing business, learning to leverage listings and also growing presence into a core marketplace.
By its conclusion, each agent will have accountability structures in place and tangible results of progress that will increase your team's capacity to generate more income and better service your listings.
The program is our pinnacle Elite and Chairman’s Elite development program. It’s accessed via submission to the state corporate team and each intake comprises a select group of high achievers who go on a six month journey. Each intake works through a bespoke program with guidance from our specialist business divisions, with each participant individually accountable to the performance team.
The outcomes from previous participants have been staggering with a minimum average 74 per cent year on year GCI improvements.
Ray White is at its core, a business built on leadership. The development of our current and future leaders is one of our most sacred duties, and the Leadership Academy, facilitated by world renowed Professor Boris Groysberg of Harvard Business School, is the pinnacle of leadership learning.
The Leadership Academy is an intensive learning experience, run through the case study method, and is attended by invitation only. The case method is instructor-guided, discussion-based learning. It introduces real-world scenarios with a protagonist facing important decisions. The case method is different from the traditional, instructor-centred model of education to a participant-centred one in which we will all play a lead role in our own and each other's learning.

Marketing Training Series

Ray White Focus is a monthly initiative providing agents with practical tips, resources and learning from some of our best members, through our micro-learning app, EdApp.
Each successful agent operates in their own unique way, encouraging and driving productivity in their team by identifying what works for them. Ray White Focus hones in on these methods, breaks down the reasoning, and helps other agents to apply it to their team with their own spin.
