Crows Nest Creed
Our annual Crows Nest conference represents the true heart of what it means to work at Ray White. The conference seeks to provide a great forum for education and learning, forming and building on friendships, and celebrating the work we do together. This is a special few days in the Ray White Corporate calendar, where we encourage our people to bring their unique self.
Curiosity Day.
Each year on Curiosity Day, every member of our corporate team has the opportunity to show great courage, presenting on a topic they are curious about. More than just presentations, they are an opportunity to step outside of our comfort zone and share on topics that spark our interest. This platform empowers individuals to question the status quo, explore new ideas, and drive improvements in our services. Whether it’s a game-changing innovation or a small efficiency enhancement, every idea is valued.
Our culture thrives on the courage to share, listen, and debate new concepts, as it’s through this openness that we grow and succeed - both individually and as a team. After all, "there is no such thing as bad curiosity, the only bad thing is no curiosity".
