Ray White has come a long way in New South Wales/ACT, from our entry to the market place in 1987 to our current position as the clear market leader; almost twice the size of any other group. We have ridden the tailwinds of a bountiful market post COVID-19 and have continued to grow market share through the ten consecutive rate rises from May '22 to March '23. Our market share across NSW/ACT currently stands consistently over 12.7 per cent, the strongest it has ever been.
Market share remains Ray White’s ‘North Star’ for measuring performance as it reflects our relevance outside of market conditions.
